It enables miniaturization of manifolds and shortening of flow paths, contributing to the downsizing of your equipment. 【Features】 - External dimensions φ5.7 mm × H26 mm (manifold type) (Rear mounting type: H 27 mm, nipple type: H32.5 mm) - Diaphragm valve with excellent chemical resistance The wetted parts are made of PEEK and FFKM. The materials can be changed upon request. (However, the wetted material for the nipple part is only PEEK.) - Internal volume of only 1.2 μL (nipple type: 4.3 μL) In pursuit of extreme miniaturization, the internal volume is 1.2 μL. Among this, the internal volume of the valve chamber, which could become dead volume, is only 0.75 μL. - Latch mechanism adopted (NLV) The open and closed states of the valve are maintained by the magnetic force of a permanent magnet.
